Every College has its own payment portal that enables students to make secure, fast, and convenient tuition payments. You would likely receive an email notification once your e-bill is ready and receive login details. Here's an outline of the general structure.
Student Login Page
You may find your student account information by clicking the link received in your official college email ID or in your student portal, which will take you to a home page.
The Home Page
This is the place to manage your student account activity - view your bills, make payments, and set up authorized users (parents, employers, etc.)

Viewing Account Activity By Term
The Account Activity page allows you and authorized users to view transactions by term to see detailed activity, and the "Make a Payment" button will take you to the Payments Tab only if you have a positive balance on the account for the selected term. Entering college, you will be able to access this link to pay your due tuition and once the payment goes through, you will not be able to see this payment link anymore.

To make a payment, click any tabs that have words along the lines of "Make a Payment". Here you can enter a new payment method. For more about payments, read here.

Two common ways to make the payment are:

E-Check
Payments for tuition and fees can be made via electronic check directly from your checking account with no service fee.
Debit/Credit Card
Credit card payments are accepted online for any outstanding fee. Typically, there is a 2%-3% service fee for using this payment method.

International payments take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered, post which you should receive a payment delivery confirmation.
​
If you pay a larger amount than billed, the excess amount is generally returned to you as the college will not carry it forward for future expenses.

Payment History Reports
You can view your past reports and use these as documentation. There are filters to help you sort through the bills. If you create a parent portal and authorize guardians to access this portal on your behalf, you can also manage how they view your payment history.

Deposits Tab
This is the page where you can make deposit payments such as Housing Deposits.

Authorized Users Tab
From this page, you can give others (parents, employers, etc.) the ability to access your account information. In compliance with FERPA, your student financial records may not be shared with a third party without your written consent. Adding an authorized user is your written consent that an individual may view your account information and make payments on your behalf. To add an authorized user, enter their e-mail address, set viewing options, and click "Continue". The authorized user will use their email address to log into Bill+Payment Suite.
